Last chance to get all the crazies out before the long weekend, and these pups are staying on task. So many dogs, and so much to do. We have a perfect group of dogs that are loving every minute of this beautiful day.

Big pink tongues, and smiling faces. Is there anything better than that?

Our little ones are full of energy. Ruby has been bouncing around from house to slide and back again. Teddy is perched high on his igloo watching all of his friends play, and Kirby is a ball maniac! He's darting around the yard rounding up all the tennies. One in the house? Don't worry, Kirby's got it.

Lewis loves playing house, in and out all day. Inviting his friends over for house warming parties, he is quite the socialite. Remy has discovered that when you stand on top of the house, you are at the perfect height for human kisses. She loves love, and we love to give it.

And of course, there's always digging. Nellie's feet move a mile a minute. She'll be in China by dinner time. Lewis likes to perch between the holes and watch his crew do the work.

Paddy and Cassie are all about ball. Abby and Cody joined in on the fun too. Few can keep up with this pair, but they are up for the challenge.

The pool yard is bobbing for balls again today. Marley and Ruby are our top bobbers.

Again, is there anything better than a big pink tongue?

A great big hello to our newcomers Scruffy and Daisy! Scruffy started his day with a trot around the yard, while Daisy preferred some belly scratches in the sun. Both pups are loving day care today, but who isn't with such beautiful weather?

I think they shot the movie "Holes" in our yards. These pups are non stop digging. The nice thing about all those holes, is laying in them. Hank is usually bopping from one to the next cooling off, while Squire and Lovebud help to dig them deeper. Scruffy was curious where they went, but quickly decided he'd rather play tag.

Sailor is all about her ball. Squire enjoys bouncing around from ball to hole and back again. Lucy found these two balls to be particularly interesting.

In the pool yard we played the puppy version of bobbing for apples. Bio siblings Chester and Ruby really got into it and were dripping wet from head to toe. Ball aficionado Marley took to it quite nicely because it involved his two favorite things: catch, and a pool.

Woooo! Sunshine! Can it be? It finally feels like summer is on its way.

Nick started his day with a call to all his friends, "Hey guys! The sun is out!" While Remy got all her friends going in the backyard.

Our ball crew was very lively today. Paddy was more interested in running sprints, so it was on Cheppa to give Marley some competition today.

The big yard was up to all sorts of things today. Ball, digging and wrestling, we have quite the group today!

Squire misses the mud from yesterday, so he decided excavating was the way to go. He pokes his head up for a minute to say "Hi mom!", and then it's back to digging.

Riven and Brady were so interested in what had Squires attention for so long, they take their turn in the hole.

Mason is doing work on Colby's hole so it's nice and cool for him when he comes in next. After a busy, busy day he takes a nice rest on the tree pillow. He now understands why it's Colby's favorite spot.

Asa is one with his ball, while Lovebud took a break from the sun in a nice cool doghouse.

"It couple" Kirby and Sailor bond over a ball, and Ruby and Beau test the waters of love. Kirby's ball has drawn Beau's attention, tune in next time to see if he and Ruby's love can overcome his lust for the tennis ball.

Lucy, Stella, Remy, Bandit, Ozzy-Pug and Waffles are all smiles for sunshine!

Back to rainy muddy days. The puddles are full again and the dogs are smack dab in the middle of them! It was sure to be a muddy dog day when I put out the first dog and she went straight into the puddle, first some splashing and then she stuck her head in and started blowing bubbles. (Yes, Miss Ruby, we mean you!) Once one or two are in then the rest eagerly join in, not wanting to miss out on any of the mucky fun. But don't worry if your dog came in today and you're looking through these pictures thinking, "Oh, my gosh! What did I get myself into bringing my dog to day care today?!" Have no worries, we'll have them all cleaned up and pretty before you pick them up.

While others chose to stay out of the wetness, they worked on the excavation of next times pools.

One more rain and these will be prime mud pools!

In the little yard, Ryley is trying to convince his pals Henry and Charlie to get their toes dirty. "Come on guys! The mud is fun!"

Marley and Paddy haven't found any mud in their yard, they're too preoccupied with playing fetch.

Can you believe it? Sun two days in a row!! Our yards have dried out and we're back out playing up a storm.

To clear out any remaining pent up energy from those rainy days we've been suffering we started off today with a rip-roaring game of ball. They ran out and back in, out and in, over and over until all those tongues were waggling.

The little guys got their turn for a game of ball too. Though their game became a game of who can hoard the most tennis balls. Kirby seems to be winning.

    Paddy's being the teacher's helper. He's making sure everybody gets a ball. "Thank you Paddy!" cheer Brady and Ruby.

Olive calls out, "Paddy can you help me? I can't reach."

Jade and little sis Emma play follow-the-leader.

Our pups are all about teamwork. Paddy and Marley put their heads together to get the ball, while Sailor gives Ruby a boost to see what's going on in the big yard.

Lewis, Lucy and Rufus are all smiles in the pool yard. Who wouldn't be on this beautiful day?

It's turned into a super sunny day! After all the rain the day care yards are a muddy mess so we all took a trip over to the big play yard at boarding and romped there instead. We went over in groups of 5 or 6 and continually swapped the dogs until everybody had gotten a turn. They got to play ball, race around like crazies, and wrestle and roll in the warm, wet grass.

I came back an hour later to finish the update and the sun was already gone! I'm glad we got to play this morning in the sunshine. It was so much fun!!!!

Chloe and Olive got started with a game of ball.

Waffles started with a perimeter sniff.

  "Hooray!" he says charging toward the fun, "All smells good!" 

Charlie and Brady are busy, busy zippin' this way and that! 

Chloe thinks about joining in but she's pretty tired from her game of ball.

Colby and Georgia, ears perked and smiles gaping think, "Should we race, wrestle or roll? So much to do now that the sun is out!" Boomer's all smiles too, he didn't think he'd ever see the sun again.

It's all fun for Nory (left), she's just a big flying ball of fur bouncing from one friend to another. Paddy (center) and Nellie (right) wait to see if she might pop over to play. Paddy says, "I got a ball if you want to play with me!"

Pals Remy and Ruby come charging back with the ball. It's all fun so Ruby's ok with the fact that Remy beats her to the ball everytime.

Meanwhile Dash (left) can be spotted out in the middle of the yard. He's so excited that his favorite ball got to come on the field trip too!

Kirby (center) crashes in the grass after playing every puppy game known to canine kind. Paddy (right) challenges Ruby to a sniffing match instead. He says, "Ruby your too fast for me but I bet I could out sniff you!"

Nellie takes a quick break to say Hello to Finn and then she off sprinting around the yard again with Ruby Ro.

Well - at least the dogs are enjoying the weather....and those puddles!

Chloe and Kirby took turns showing off who could go down the slide faster.

Ruby and Brady made quite a pair today, chit chattin', playing ball, and OH rolling in the mud!

They decided that they would do their own version of a 'clean up' today... Nike thought it would be a fab idea to just lay down and relax a little in the mud tub! Bailey put his whole head under and blew bubbles, Summer thought that was great because it was just like having jets in a hot tub, so she joined the party too!

Hip hip hooray! The sun is out! Let's see what the dogs are up to.

Nauset and Cody are exchanging secrets. It took Cody a while to understand all the whispering, so Nauset resorted to shouting.

Summer and Stella trotted around the yards, while Brady took a break from the sun in the play house.

In the big yard there's a whole lotta diggin'.

In the backyard there's a whole lotta ball playin'. "If we look at the ball long enough, maybe it'll throw itself" says Paddy. "I'm not sure that's how it works" says Marley. Betty Boop knows a nice stare down will get her ball moving.

The little ones are bopping all around today loving the sunshine.

The sun's been trying to come out all day but just hasn't quite been able to make it. The dogs on the other hand have had no problem coming out of their shells today! Wild and crazy, bouncy and happy. Another good day to be a dog.

"Wow! Look at the size of this ball!" Ruby says. "Yeah that's big!" agrees Paddy. While Ruby and Paddy ponder how exactly they're going to pick up the ball to retrieve it, Marley blissfully chews on his tenny.

Poor Harley, Marley walked right into his shot. "Aw! That was gonna be my glamour shot!"

Kind of a cold and wet Tuesday, but it doesn't seem to be bothering anyone! Today everyone is allllll about workin' hard on those holes out there! We also welcomed a new friend today! Monet is a very sweet girl and was a great addition to the big yard!

No case of the Mondays here. The dogs are outside lovin' life and we have such a great group today. Pups are falling in love left and right out there today, some with each other and some with the balls.

Spike and Prada met this morning and have been inseparable ever since. They are so fun to watch rolling around and boxing. Prada has been all smiles since meeting her new beau.

After some posing, the pups are off to play ball!

Brady's in the lead, but Cassie, Nauset and Asa (yes- Asa!!) are on his tail. And Asa prevails as the ball King today. Back and forth, he hasn't stopped yet!

For the not so ball dogs, it's off to work on the holes.

Molly and Lewis are making progress, and foreman Lovebud checks in on the work, "Good job guys!"

Queen Hannah concurs, "These holes are just marvelous."

Our little ones are bouncing off the walls. Ruby and Beau were a blur this morning, and Paddy and Pierre have been telling each other all about their weekend with mom.

Charlie, Finn and Teddy never pass up the opportunity for a glamour shot though.

We have quite the lively group out there today! Lots of ball, lots of cookies and lots of attention make for a great day of play. The sun is shining but the breeze is nice and cool. The dogs have been outside all day. What a life!

Tobey and Hazel spent the morning chasing each other around the yard. They were our ultimate ball dogs today.

Hazel is one determined pooch. She saw us put our ball bucket in the tree and would not give up getting more balls down.

Determination pays off! She got a ball!

Whether waiting for cookies or the ball, Lucy, Stella, Hannah and Paddy are always perfectly patient.

Even our little ones were focused on the ball, or in some cases cookies. We couldn't have asked for a better little group today- their hard work is showing!

The rain has held off and the pups are excited to play ball without the puddle, although some miss being the dirtiest dog. But we have a lively crew here today any ways, and they haven't stopped playing. Although we always have the select few that will take a minute to give us their best poses.

It's a near perfect day today! The pups have been outside all day making friends and bopping around.            

Elliot was King of the structures today. He went from igloo, to slide, to the other igloo and back again. He loves watching his friends play.

Ruby got a little jealous, seeing as how she is usually the Queen atop her palace, and Elliot was kind enough to share the igloo with her. Aren't they just the cutest little Royal family? Watch out Will and Kate!

Boscoe, Charlie and Sophie all had a blast hanging out in the sunshine. Ryley also had a great time, but seemed to find the only mud in the yard. He was in need of a face treatment anyways.

Ozzy, Smea and Ruby bat those pretty pug eyes and wait patiently for their cookies.

Our bigger pups are all about tricks in the backyard. Hannah shows Olive the proper way to do a high-five. Olive proves that she has the best sit- you go girl! We have all around some very patient pooches.

I'm always a little jealous that the dogs are more photogenic than I am..

My oh my what a gorgeous day! We have lots of happy pups. Some are sun bathing by the pool, some are sunbathing on their root pillows (Colby), and others are weaving around the yards with their pals. One things for sure, they all know how to take advantage of this nice weather!

Ruby is all smiles today! She has spent the day making new friends in the backyard. Nory is all tongue. She's spent her day bopping around with friends, but she is always willing to take a minute for her close-up.

Hannah and Paddy have mastered being patient. Usually Hannah only bats her big brown eyes for cookies, but now she's focusing on the ball. Brady has been darting around the pool yard with his ball. He's not giving it up for anything!

Cody and Lovebud are hip with the gossip, they never stop chatting!

Hazel and Marley are true ball dogs. It's a rare sight if these two don't have their best friends in tow.

Georgia and Lucy work it for the camera. You go girls!

Zeus shows his new friend Remy around the yard, "And this is the camera. When you see it, you gotta strike a pose."

Lots of little ones today. Charlie, Sailor, Smea, Kirby, Paddy and Cosmos are all workin' it in their black attire. Muffin says, "It's warm enough to be Memorial Day, so I'm breakin' out my whites early."
