Nauset Pet Services is tremendous. We are blessed to have them in our town and we trust them implicitly with our beloved Charlie. From the always happy reception in the morning when we drop him off for day care to the 100% peace of mind we have on vacation knowing that our boy is being well kept, we couldn't be happier with the facilities, but most of all the staff. Their enthusiasm is infectious and they truly love their work, as evidenced by daily photos of happy dogs out in the play yard. Kirsten and company have put together a wonderful resource for anyone who loves their pet and wants them to be healthy and happy.

One of the interesting things about Donna's classes is how she observes the group dynamic among dogs in a class and improves their interactions with one another over the weeks. It's one thing to teach your dog to sit or lie down; it's entirely another to be with your dog out in public interacting with other people and dogs. What I've learned from her has helped in those settings, and at home when people come to visit. It's made for quieter greetings for sure. And people in public comment on how well trained our puppy is. Donna has a great touch with dogs - she's incredibly gentle and works well with the shy and fearful dog, but she takes on and manages the fierce ones as well!

I would like to commend Donna Iovanni on her expert handling and knowledge of training our energetic Lab Teddy. Everything was made to be understood and we followed her advice and saw how Teddy developed. He has along way to go but he certainly has been put on the right track thanks to Donna.

Teddy's stay at the kennel was a very enjoyable one for him and he thrived while we were away and he made new friends and played all day. Thank You.

Thanks again for the excellent care and attention that the whole staff gave Milo during his recent long stay. Having come there for over eight years he is a real veteran and he always acts like he really enjoys himself and loves coming to Nauset. He drags me across the lot to get inside the door to see you folks. It is a great comfort to us to know that he is in such great hands while we are gone. Being able to see him in pictures and videos while we are gone is really neat. Well done as always. You are absolutely the best place to leave your pet when you can't take him with you.

Hi I just wanted to thank everybody there - my dog Buddy had the best time there. This was his first time there and we'll definitely be returning weather we go on vacation or just for the day... We adopted Lew from Brewster Rescue when he was 1 year old, a wash-a-shore upstart from Georgia Rescue. Now one year into the adoption, we love Lew more each day. All this said, Lew would not be in our lives today had it not been for Nauset Pet Services. Lew had "issues" and was difficult in a human setting. We were getting co-ordinated training and guidance, but it wasn't enough. Nauset Pet Services' excellent daycare program with outstanding, empathetic employees, gave Lew the love, socialization and exercise he needed to begin to transition from abused to adored (spoiled, pampered, hugged, loved, belly-rubbed...you get the idea!...) When we board Lew, we also have him head over to day care. It is a fabulous combination!!! The last time we had Lew board for a week, when we came to pick him up, there was a moment of hesitation in his step, he loved his time there so much! All we have to say to Lew is that he's going to school and he just about jumps into the car before the door is open. Whenever you see pictures on the website, he's dog-smiling. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, this is Lew, very, very tired after running with his buds at Nauset Pet Services Daycare! (PS, I picked these toys up at Nauset. He loves them and hasn't been able to rip one apart yet--and believe me, he's tried!)

Artey is always excited to arrive at Nauset Pet Services, and I can see he, as well as the other guests, are well loved & cared for. I know he is getting such good care that on vacation I never feel like I need to worry! You can see it in the photos of daily activities on their web site.

He always comes home fresh and happy, I can see it in his stride.

Nauset Pet Services is well worth the 90 mile drive from Melrose because it's services are superb! You'd have to go a lot farther to find any better!
