Administration of medications and other special services (i.e. ear cleaning, insulin injections, etc.) will be charged based on number of medications and the difficulty in administering meds.  Charges will be assessed as needed, usually at a rate of $1.00-$10.00 extra per day. 

Deposits are required for all holiday and summer month visits. Your deposit is applicable towards your final bill. For all reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to the start date, deposits will be refunded via check. If you prefer, we will refund back to your credit card, but will assess a service fee.

*Please note that difficult clients will be charged more. If we find that an animal requires tinkle walks or needs special assistance in some way, we will charge accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to, dogs with special needs, special diets that go beyond basic food preparation, multiple medications, and incontinent animals.

Cats are extremely difficult to bathe. As a result, the fees are higher. Long haired cats that require trimming or brushing will be assessed a grooming fee as well.

If we find that your pet is infested with fleas, we will have to spend more time with him for treatment and you will charged accordingly. We always try to contact you beforehand though.

Please note that all bathing prices are subject to change. We will be happy to set a price for your dog upon arrival. Difficult dogs will be charged accordingly.

Grooming rates vary by the individual dog. We encourage you to

speak directly with our groomer so she can provide a more

accurate price.

Maintenance costs much less than sporadic grooms!

If your dog is excellent condition, without mats, not in need of a lot of scissoring, and is easy to groom, then the price will fall towards the lower range. These dogs also tend to be groomed regularly, coming in every 4-6 weeks. Scheduled grooming is usually better for their overall health too. Talk to us to learn more.

Other Important Information

Required Vaccines
Dogs:  Canine Cough, Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, & Canine Influenza
Cats:   Feline Leukemia, FVRCP, Rabies

All vaccinations must be current within the year. Please call to discuss specific situations.

Canine Cough Vaccine must be administered seven days prior to boarding or day care. Vaccination records need to be faxed or mailed in advance.

Visiting Hours

You are welcome to visit your pet from 9-4 Monday through Friday, Saturdays in the summer. 

Check Out Time

Check out time is noon. You are welcome to pick up your pet after

12:00; however, you will be charged for an additional day of boarding If you have requested bathing or day care, the noon check out time is nullified.
